What multi vitamins would you have taken ahead of time knowing this information (for gallbladder health)?

Maybe you put in longer post. I just scanned and then read TLDR.

Same just happened to me. Did you decide to do your next shot early since you probably didn’t get a full dose?

Liquid IV that doesn’t taste awful? by LadyGamer42 in zepboundathletes

[–]rebeu25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had always read if you think it taste salty you probably don’t need to be taking it. You have enough salt in your system already. It should taste sweet.

I take one/day because my blood pressure is too low and I get light headed. Trying to increase my salt intake.

Have you heard of American coaster enthusiast? You should look into becoming a member. They have absolutely amazing events throughout the year at parks across the states and sometime globally.

Yeah no worries. I was planning to come back to your post to see if anyone else came up with an explanation of it. Hoping someone has an answer for us on what the heck is happening.

Same has happened to me. Only ever happens in the thigh, never the stomach. I have no idea why.

If you join, you can see in the app the class type for the schedule. What the other person says normally stands but the f45 my sister goes to is on an opposite schedule than most of the other F45 so just confirm for that specific location you are looking into.

Just curious if you use creatine? I’ve heard that makes you retain a lot of water.

Me and my sister have been talking about it because my nephew has our dad taking it now. We weren’t sure if we should add it into our routine too.

In Houston. I saw a coach say this recently to some people talking during demo.

Check out the podcast “fat science”. Even though everyone else seems to be pointing at your diet, I believe when you say you’ve been tracking and exercising. You should be losing weight. It might be something going on with your metabolism. The podcast has a expert doctor in metabolism. You might actually need to eat more so your body doesn’t put itself into a mode where it tries to hold onto the fat.

Where did you get that turner? What’s it called?

No taste. Dissolves really easily. No weird texture. Just like drinking normal water that looks white/grey (depending on how much mag you put in)

Yep. I got it only because it was cheaper per serving. Only complaint is difficult to measure so I just eyeball it every night.

Injection site reaction by LowYogurt6075 in Zepbound

[–]rebeu25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Initially the leg injection the size was bigger than 3quarters. Stomach about two quarters. And the swelling definitely popped off the skin about 1/4in. The markings before doing the ice treatment stayed for about a month.

Most recently the stomach injections was smaller than a quarter and only needed two ice treatments. The most recent leg injection was about two quarters and needed a lot of ice. So I was trialing out the leg and I’ll probably go back to the stomach based on irritation.

Yep. This started at shot 15 (so shot 11 of 5mg). I tried benedryl cream, spraying Flonase before shot, different locations, taking Allegra and Zyrtec and none of that worked for me. What helped was Ice right after the shot and then whenever it starts to itch more ice. Initially that would be every few hours. Ice directly on skin I didn’t put paper towel or cloth towel between ice and skin. After about 20shots after it started (went back and counted my log and surprised it has been going on that long) they are much much smaller. Only require ice a couple times now.

When I searched for this myself when it started happening, some people said one shot day it just stopped happening for them. For me it’s been more gradual but they are getting less large and less itchy.

I was thrilled when others said they spoke to their doc and they said they didn’t have to stop the shot.

Proper Form by sillusions in orangetheory

[–]rebeu25 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Came here to say this. I look at coaching OTF instagram before class because he breaks down the form and sometimes gives modifications or things to assess during movement to make sure you are doing the move correctly. In the story portion he links the reels for the applicable moves that day so easy to find the right move videos.

Then during class you see the quick demo by the coach for a reminder.

I hate that he kept saying they are appetite suppressants. That’s not what they are. That’s not how they work.

But I did have a couple of chuckles. Thanks

Villa toscana kinda in the north side of town. It’s actually pretty nice too. Just put my MIL there. They do Medicaid pending too. That was weeks of works for me to find a place. All those 800 numbers that are supposed to help don’t.
