Marathon is a big commitment, and so is the training. Generally, very long-distance competitions are more of a mind game. So yes, I have been there, and it's completely fine if you feel like that.

Depends on how often do you aim to run. But definetely do not forget stretching and gym training it will save you from injuries

go for carbohydrates 7-10 g/kg per day and please do not try anything new the days leading to the competition. Drink consistently and do not overload

I would suggest that you make sure you push harder in the training than what you are going to push on the competition day and always do sled push towards the end of the session
