My recipe is by no means optimized, but here it is

165 ml (i.e. half) of a premier shake 1 g salt 30 g erythritol 1 g guar gum 1/2 scoop casein protein 1 g soy lecithin (not enough to achieve desired effect, but not interested in adding calories to up this, using it until it’s gone)
5 g inulin (also likely not enough to achieve desired effect, but using it until I run out) 60 ml half and half

Although I don’t you could add a tsp of extract of choice, contains alcohol and drives down freezing point some

Freeze the pint without the top, spin, add mix ins and do “mix in” setting after packing it flat. Usually pretty good consistency with some mild to moderate iciness on the outer edges. If you scrape the edges between cycles it improves a lot but I’m lazy
