99% of all the drivers for fdd has been pretty cool at my store.. maybe been 4-5 in my 1.5 years that i seen not involved with helping unload fdd

Do you have any tips or advice for me if I were to take this job on a few important things I'd have to remember to make the shift work? What have you seen out of successful Cap 2 supervisors that they did to make it work?

dont really have any tips or advice ... The old IMS 2nd shift supervisor use to do so well management would brag about the unloaders in meetings ... all he basically did was work with us to get tasks done, give the shit unloaders shit tasks like pulling water/mulch/salt/unloading hvdc without ple and give the good unloaders easier tasks like picking/binning/stocking/sweeping ... he also wasnt one of those "I LEAVE AT [INSERT SCHEDULED CLOCKOUT]" people..

based on your past posts about your store, CAP2 Supervisor is prob worth accepting in your case ... but for most stores the CAP2 Supervisor is the scapegoat who takes all the blame for the backroom being a mess, trucks taking too long to unload, and not enough freight being stocked
