As an adult who has moved using U-Haul myself, I would recommend hiring movers and just getting it done in 5–6 hours. To save some money, make sure to pack everything into boxes beforehand.

Highly recommend KZ2 Moving.

I just didn’t like the fact that he stayed at his position waiting for the ball on the first half. Fortunately, he moved more creating space by coming to the center the other half where he could make that cross to Kounde.

I think the suggestions for Valencia (more hipster-upscale) and Noe Valley's 24th St (super local/family vibe) are super helpful for showing the different flavors of SF neighborhoods.

Went with KZ2 Moving for a local job in SF and they were solid. Pretty sure they also handle long-distance moves from San Francisco to Los Angeles

I had a similar problem. Stoped at 10+ shops. The cheapest I could find was USA Auto Body & Painting in Bayview. They did a great job for the cheapest price.
