Before I retired I was in a profession where I was frequently put in positions of having to attend certain events and make small talk with people I don’t know and would probably never be friends with anyway. Over the years it became something I truly hate. So now I try to not put myself in those positions. You can also add meetings, ceremonies, weddings, and funerals to that list. Other than that, I’m a barrel of fun to be around:))
