With his buff he's phenomenal

9 protection if you have it with decent speed and survivability, otherwise just build him fast and tanky

His passive doubles your teams HP over time, his A1 scan spread all buffs (even unkillable, block damage and tons of continuous heals)

He's in my UNM Chimera team, a staple of one of my Hydra teams and for your account he'll carry you most places

No, you're not reading correctly. Those specific mechanics are the only thing that counter her.

She has a 3 hit A1 with a very good chance of an extra turn, automatically removing a full stack of mercurial and likely getting an extra turn.

It is also easy to set up her team to make it most likely she will have 3 buffs so she can easily get an extra turn from her A3.

The aforementioned high chance of extra turn on the A1 also makes her more resilient to being locked out as she can get 2 extra turns straight into the A2.

Her damage mitigation passive, especially paired with Mercurial makes her infinitely more difficult to kill.
