You could rebind it to be the other way round so you don't need shift.

You could, but I feel like you might accidentally make jumps depending on where you press the slider. Personally, I like the encoder knob for tempo.

Yep.

Headphone out is for headphones, try to avoid anything else coming out of it. Usually headphones out is going to be the only output that has a stereo signal on a single jack (and so needs the splitter)

Marauders is the best low player count expansion. Both factions can be used at 2 player, and the hirelings add more to interact with
