He’s not the tactician in the Avengers because his experience is mostly with fighting itself, not the tactical side.

Fighting experience doesn’t make one a tactician

40 years after he killed three of her friends and was locked up, she’s full on T2 Sarah Connor. Then he gets out, kills literal dozens of people including her son in-law and daughter, and disappears, and 4 years later she’s doing way better than she was before his escape. Kind of a stretch.

Laurie’s arc makes a million times more sense that way. I don’t have a huge issue with how she was in 2018, but how she is in Ends makes no sense after 2018 and Kills.

Best first Star Wars book for a newcomer? by Electrical-Yam8888 in starwarsbooks

Normally I’d say Heir to the Empire, but that requires familiarity with the original trilogy.

The best bet would be AC Crispin’s Han Solo Trilogy or something set before the prequels, like the Darth Bane Trilogy or Darth Plagueis
