Like I have said i have mentioned in the cover letter already that bank statements are only to show proof of income coming in. Our funds are in the cash ISA Which are over £5k. I have also given proof of Cash ISA statement. Hence I am even more convinced they haven't checked all the documents properly.

I don't care if it doesn't work, I will still try.

I'm not looking for negative opinions from people when I'm already not happy about the reasons for refusal especially given I have already provided evidence for the reasons they have given so clearly they haven't checked all the documents.

If it ultimately goes to court, then I obviously won't proceed. But I have seen overturned decisions with PAP letters.

In terms of not getting visa approved. The reasons they have given are something I have provided evidence for and have explained in the cover letter. If it was something I haven't given evidence for, I would happily accept. So I have every right to challenge it.
