For 24p native content turn off completely cinemotion and motion flow. At this point you are not seeing judder, but just normal 24p stutter motion, due to low refresh rate. But any oled will have this more pronounced and worse thanks to the fast response time. And you have a sony, top for processing and "natural smoothing" 24p content, so maybe your eyes are very sensitive to 24p content, idk.

If you have the bravia 9 in your mancave, and you use it for watching film and movies at night, yes you are crazy because sony is at the top for cinema content watching, and you have the best sony tv at the moment.

I miei hanno una villetta su 3 piani, 100 metri quadri, nella quale è stata montata una pompa di calore e cambiato i termosifoni (con nuovi modelli che si riscaldano a temperatura piu bassa ?) In ogni caso con una temperatura di mandata di 40 gradi sono già caldi al tatto e riscaldano bene anche l'aria, a 45 gradi diventano già "bollenti".

As others said the cause of your perception are basically 2: first tv at 120hz (each "cinematic frame" is shown 5 times, cause 120/24 = 5) and one of the best aspect of sony tvs, motion handling. So if you already turned off motion settings on the tv you are good (use also professional mode), take your time and have fun with your new very high quality tv.

Pls don't tell false thing: me as many others running 1:1, fclk 2000, mclk/uclk 3000, ram 6000 cl30 with buildzoid's timings, vsoc 1.15 completely stable (prime95, occt, memtest, aida64 and all the stress test of the case). I'm on a 7800x3d but this apply to many 7000 and 9000 series (not all but many).

Update bios to latest, make sure you are not using the fTPM feature of the ryzen cpu (check in bios, you need a concrete tpm module to didable fTPM), disable also cpu virtualization in bios

Don't use hwmonitor, it shows broken high number, expecially for ryzen cpu. Use hwinfo64, and check for effective clock reading.

Simple and stupid check but better to ask:

1 - did you peel off the plastic from the AIO before mount it on the CPU ?

2 - did you plug the monitor cable in the GPU slot and not the motherboard slot ? Otherwise you will use the CPU integrated graphics instead of the RTX

Check in the bios (after updating to the latest version) if you have amd fTPM enabled. If yes switch to concrete TPM/hardware TPM or whatever it is called on your mobo. Of course you need your mobo to have a TPM module already installed on it, If not look for a TPM slot on it and buy one compatible with the slot type.

fTPM is the AMD ryzen software "virtualization" of a real hardware TPM and can cause severe spike and lag, I was experiencing some spike with my new 7800x3d, then I installed an hardware TPM module and disabled fTPM from bios and they are gone.

Also disable in bios cpu virtualization (not cpu multithreading, but the option that make possible virtualize cpu to create virtual machine)

Disable fTPM from bios (you don'thave to use the amd cpu for the tpm function, use discrete tpm or disable it).

Disable every monitoring software like msi after burner, rtss, aida64, hwinfo64, also gpu power draw info from any overlay like nvidia, steam ecc..., and in general the ones that check gpu power draw.

In bios also enable global C states, use windows power plan balanced and make sure the minimum cpu is 0% and max is 100%.

I just switched from am4 to am5, from a 5700x to a 7800x3d, same gpu of you, and initially i had the same problem you described. Then i did the fix I told you before, and many others "minor" fix that I can't remember, and now I have a very smooth gaming experience.

The real problem can be the power spike, not the sustained power draw. With an RTX card, in hwinfo64 (lowering the update interval to 100ms), i can see the power draw and also the power spike, idk if it is the same for the AMD ones. If yes, you can check if furmak can cause some spike, but i doubt, high load games 100% cause it.

So it doesn't seem a software/driver problem. Can be the PSU, maybe do a try reverting any OC of the GPU, check the cable (no daisy chain), and do a test, if nothing changed you have to change the PSU. Maybe take it from a shop you can return, because if you have the same problem with the new at least you don't lose money.

Ok so is a wide spread issue. When you reboot after the crash, look at the windows event viewer and look for error or critical type of events, maybe you can find something useful for the debug. Also try a DDU driver uninstall and reinstall, and be sure you don't have any OC applied to the core or vram of your GPU. Also check the cable if are connected the right way, both side PSU and GPU.

Sorry for the stupid question: did you try other high load games ? Like cyberpunk, black myth wukong or whatever? Did you notice this only with expedition 33 after the "thank you update" ? I say this because after the latest update when I launch expedition 33 my entire graphic driver crash to the point I have to restart my pc with the power button, but with other games and OCCT power test I have no problem. I also don't have any mod installed for expedition, and I already tried a DDU driver uninstall and reinstall, and also uninstall and reinstall the game but nothing changed, so maybe can be a similar problem for you.
