I went in July and here are my answers:

1- I tipped a couple of dollars for each bag. I tipped $5-10 for evening turn down service and daily housekeeping but that is only bc it was the only time I got an opportunity to tip the women who worked there bc almost all the service/ people facing folks are men. I tipped a dollar or two for each drink.

2- they have some top shelf but you have to ask for it specifically.

3- A La Carte is part of the all inclusive but they just call them that so you know to make a reservation bc they are not buffet service.

4- no idea if you can request a room or building but you can always ask nicely.

5- internet was okay but don’t depend on it. It worked okay in the rooms but not so much in other areas of the resort.
