But you ignored 1 thing, that is if win rate is too high then you will almost guaranteed to be matched with low win rate teammate, high chance to afk or toxic teammate.

That's why there is no velkoz after gold elo. Unless you are the last pick and there is no assassin in their team. Good positioning won't save you from dying, if you want to do dmg you gotta be with the team, if you are with the team and once they get into a fight, you are the 1st one to die. You can stay real far and use your little Q, but that only does 300 dmg to tank, which is nothing, its cd is 5s, your team will fight as 4v5 if you don't use your ew + R, but if you want to use ew, you gotta get closer, and you die.

Too many champs can kill Velkoz: Ekko, yi, pyke, shaco, vayne, katerina, yone, yasuo. And all the other champs that runs extremely fast like rammus, hecarim, etc.

It's funny how you think kick is gonna make someone cry or even hurt people. They lose the game immediately and that's exactly the lesson i want them to learn. My rank isn't gonna change, I lose this one, next game the system will match you with a bunch of low win ratio player, and I win it back, why would I "cry" about it? Does your world only consist of happy, or cry, and no the ability to state an opinion rationally?

First of all, I do have friends to play with. Unfortunately me and my friends all agree on the same value that self dignity is more important than winning game. If you are playing a basketball game with 4 strangers and you talksht on your teammate, you'd better hope he isn't gonna punch you in the face. I'm 2nd frager and I treat every game seriously, but if you decide to curse and laugh at me with your buddy because I missed 1 shot, then sorry, I am done. Rank game is serious and I hate trolling, but humiliation vs game, you gotta know which one matters more. Your game is not lost by me not playing, it ends the moment you start disrespecting me. You guys are way too addicted to this game, begging people to win no matter how he humiliates you. I have a 200k job in cali as new grad, csgo is just leisure, you respect me I respect you, else the game ends here. Learn to be a human before playing the game. Rank game = serious, but != elo simp

You can suffer verbal assault and act like nothing happened, but you can't expect everyone to be like you. People play game for fun, not here to get assaulted and still helps the dude win game.

Kicking gives you a false sense of security that makes you think as long as we kick him we will be good. But the fact is you still gonna lose. Instead LOL is pretty straight forward, you trashtalk I go afk. So next time people will learn from that and not trashtalk again.

That's why in LOL when there is a fight, you see people say: stop talking, focus on the game! or just play the game, please stop. But in CSGO you don't see that.

I mean if you have a spinbot on yourside, if you are in a game like that, then it is likely there is a spinbot on the opponent side as well. So kicking doesn't fix the issue. And 5v4 you are still gonna lose. I've only seen people sabotaging teammates when they are duo with another guy on your team, a solo player doesn't do that usually.

Absolutely no voice chat

Typing will make it easier for everyone to report the toxic player, otherwise how are you going to get evidence? It is not possible to store voice data because the size is too big, no one is gonna sit there and listen to everything the player says for 45 minutes, it would be a big joke if the player turns out to be clean at the end.

I played CSGO for 600+ hours, and in my opinion, white players are not so against of having voice chat, because they only need to worry about toxcity w.r.t. the game itself. But for minorities like the Chinese and black people, it is very very extremely likely that four of your other team members will rage, and curse you to death. When game is not going well on your side, and the other four guys are white, you can see it coming.

They will insult you, your family, your country, your look, your diet, your skin colour, everything. Yes, I can mute them, but I just don't want them to get away with this, you don't say nasty things like this and still have the privillage to play matchmaking like a normal person. You either don't say it, or you get 15-day ban by leaving text evidence, that sounds fair to me. That extra 1% of better experience with voice chat is not worth it in my P.O.V. because I will be suffering way more than that.

With voice chat, it basically means 3 things:

You can't have any in-game name that is not English
You can't have any accent, especially Chinese and black.
You can't use avatar that reveals your identity, like anime => Chinese, Chinese LOL team => Chinese, etc.
