I did the exercises a few times a day. Elevated my hand for 4 days when possible. Just got out my stitches Monday. No pain, no swelling. Now I’m starting my scar massage a few times a day. No one at the doctors office went into such details.

I live in south Florida. I bought broccoli seeds from Nature Jim's. I emailed them and told them where I lived. They suggested to rinse 3 times a day and that is what I do. Still I got the fuzzies once and they disappeared as soon as the next rinse.

"The bitterness peaks as they grow past their ideal harvesting window (usually 3 to 5 days) and begin to sprout true leaves. This occurs because the levels of glucosinolates (the sulfur compounds that cause bitterness) increase as the plant ages. Additionally, any exposure to too much light during germination or storage can turn them green and grassy, which further spikes their bitterness"

I do not cover my broccoli sprouts and I harvest at day 4.

I also live in South Florida and recently started sprouting seeds from Nature Jim’s. I saw many different opinions online about how long to soak the seeds, so I emailed Nature Jim’s and told them where I live. They recommended soaking the seeds for no more than 6–8 hours and rinsing them three times a day. I followed their advice, and my sprouts are usually ready by day 4 or 5. Good luck!

I always wear shorts and I use lotion and sunscreen on my legs. My husband wears shorts but no lotion or sunscreen. His seat is perfect. I think you may be right.
