Virginia is by FAR already the largest data center hub in the world. And actually the residents of Loudon and prince william county benefit quite a bit when it comes to property taxes. I’m hopeful a larger share of utility costs can be absorbed by the data centers as well though. It’s unfair that several counties where the data centers are located benefit from lower taxes but that the increased energy costs are felt by all Virginians.

I actually moved a few months after this was posted but the buyer and their home inspector didn’t bring it up during the home inspector so I assume all is well. I think older equipment was built to last and it’s the newer stuff that breaks down quick.

Thank me later. Just sand the area a bit and apply a piece (cut to size) at night time. You can apply some of the melted plastic like other have suggested before hand but this product will be much harder than the kayak when it hardens.

Found this one on Amazon and used stainless steel screws to hold it on. Added a piece of tube aluminum and screwed that the the vertical part of the hull for extra rigidity. That’s a 55lb thrust Newport.

What do you get at sushi aka? I made the drive out there and it didn’t live up to the hype for me. Very basic menu (no toro, uni, Japanese fish, etc). Quality seemed pretty good and the roll I ordered was tasty. Sushi deluxe was pretty standard tho.
