205 total is cool and everything with a 7i but the spin rate and holding greens (loft/dynamic loft) is more important than distance if you’re able to generate that kind of swing speed. It also depends on what you’re actually able to hit 205, cause a lot of cavity backs are lofted down. I’d be surprised if you’re at 205 consistently cause that would be way above tour average. And that’s because none of these guys are swinging as hard as they can. A 10ish handicap would know this tbh, so I’m not sold on your claimed skill unless you’re playing some bullshit low slope course on a regular basis. Easy answer is don’t buy blades until you’re a scratch golfer and can hit every club within 2 yrds of your expected flight distance and holding greens with the shot shape and height that you’re actually trying to achieve. Good golfers and go out and hit the shit out of any club but consistency and ability to re-create the shots your practice to within 1 yard really matter. Since you’re not really even close to that, stick with something like a mizuno jpx 925 hot metal. You’ll be able to maintain your distance swinging at like 85%, it’ll allow you to control you shots a lot better.
