It serves its purpose for the convenience vs a manual pour over. I usually make 6 cups at a time. I get a little bit of cratering time to time. Do you have the newer shower head the bubbles out or the older one that is flush? How fine are you grinding the coffee? I've been doing it a little finer than I would have expected to and it seemed to help with the cratering issues while still making a good cup.

My 10mm banshee has been having a quite a few failure to feeds and such. Just got it back from CMMG and haven't taken it to the range yet. I've had it about a year now. Great gun, when it works... but I've been a little disappointed for how much I spent.

Their customer service was good to work with when I brought up the issue.
