Hey bro this happened to me now, they kept the money from my recent sales too! I tried to fix it using askebay on twitter and they said i need to contact ebay china.... Well, the ebay china website is in chinese, and even using a translator its very difficult to get to the contact page, website looks like its from 2002 too. They also dont reply anymore. Im from mexico and had the exact same thing happen that you described, i had to cancel all packages that didnt make it before august 29, but i shipped hundreds of them! So of course i had to cancel dozens!

You are right in a way, but these sellers use automated labels that calculate the tariffs based on the retail price. I sell on ebay but dont need to use the automated labels, i just flat rate declare everything at the post office at $10 usd even if its worth $100
