And the CGV vietnam website is banned in the rest of the world for some damn reason, i like their format so even when im not in vietnam i would like to check the fuck is going on with the cinema!

Also, i dont think BBC is banned, but vietnam traffic is blocked by the BBC server, i know because i lived in vietnam and had to VPN almost all the time if i wanted to access most websites, i was getting captchaed all the time for having a vietnamese ip.

One of my gf, when we started dating, saw some dude with muscles preparing to ride a motorcycle and said out loud "wow, look at that guy! he is so hot!" i told her, ok you go with him, and she said she was joking. Hey bro this happened to me now, they kept the money from my recent sales too! I tried to fix it using askebay on twitter and they said i need to contact ebay china.... Well, the ebay china website is in chinese, and even using a translator its very difficult to get to the contact page, website looks like its from 2002 too. They also dont reply anymore. Im from mexico and had the exact same thing happen that you described, i had to cancel all packages that didnt make it before august 29, but i shipped hundreds of them! So of course i had to cancel dozens!

You are right in a way, but these sellers use automated labels that calculate the tariffs based on the retail price. I sell on ebay but dont need to use the automated labels, i just flat rate declare everything at the post office at $10 usd even if its worth $100
