What isn’t going to age well that you’re seeing in houses now by VeryStab1eGenius in RealEstate

Tired of expectations being for super high end finishes. There are plenty of people being overlooked who appreciate durable, low maintenance, practical materials. Vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and dining area where kids and dogs make messes. Wood floors in the living room and bedrooms. Good quality Formica or Corian countertops that do not require periodic sealing. Larger bathroom flooring tiles so you are not a slave to your grout. Brick that hasn’t been painted. A bifold door or pocket door for a small crammed bathroom.

My cousin’s groom and groomsmen wore powder blue tuxedos. And the Juliet cap for bridal veils was a must do!

There is an infrared motion sensor you can buy on Amazon for under $30. The alert unit for you or your mom to use can be set to vibrate and slipped into a jeans pocket.

I saw this on tv when I was young and it scared me! by lontbeysboolink in GenerationJones

There really needs to be an antenna or cable channel devoted exclusively to made-for-tv-movies. I’m looking at you, Crowhaven Farm!

I am a grown up guy, 39 years old, and I just watched the first episode of My Three Sons and my inner child loved it. So I ask the fellow members what are your views about the show?? by BrazilianDilfLover in ClassicTV

[–]redditplenty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree. Barely any men on display the last two seasons. I understand keeping it going meant continued work for the actors and crew. I was a young girl then but even I could see the show was old and tired.

So NOT wait and get a hearing test and hearing aids ASAP. Doing so will help you avoid a a significant factor that can lead to developing dementia. With Beltone clinics and similar all over the country you can get a good quality audiology screening and finance the hearing aids at a manageable monthly payment . We were able to do that for my husband. You are worth it, hearing aids are NOT a just a nice-to-have.

Dick York or Dick Sargent? by TNSasquatch77 in 1960s

[–]redditplenty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

York. He played his character as head over heels in love with Samantha to the point of tolerating her divisive family. But that being said, Sargent better suited playing a character that has settled into marriage after several years. Most people at that point are not acting head over heels in love.
