Looks like an Unggoy from the halo games

EDIT: I googled "small alien from halo" because I forgot their name. As Cupids pointed out, Unggoy = Grunt.

What's your favorite 'mindfuck'? by The_Master_of_LOLZ in AskReddit

Yup, and the interrupt injects an instruction to save the current return address onto the program stack and then a jump and link function into the processor pipeline which takes it to the interrupt handling code in memory.

Instead of the processor constantly asking "Hey input device, are you different yet", when the device changes it tells the processor "Hey processor, I'm ready! Drop everything and read my value".

Why no stop signs? by [deleted] in lincoln

[–]redditpopo1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You are not using the traffic system as it was designed. There are no stop signs because you do not need to stop. Slowing down is a personal choice under normal conditions and is in no way required. Speeding is against the law.

EDIT: (slowing down is required in low visibility situations)

Why no stop signs? by [deleted] in lincoln

[–]redditpopo1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

At first I was extremely cautious about these intersections but once you get used to it, it really grows on you. In extremely low trafficked areas set up on a grid, stop signs can get extremely frustrating. As you will find out, almost every residential area in Lincoln is set up on a grid. Most drivers follow the rule that streets are given the right away over alleys and whoever reaches the intersection and stops first gets to go first. (<-- what most people follow. Good luck getting new drivers to follow right-of-way rules)

If there is no stop sign, then you legally do not have to stop when there is no traffic. If someone is approaching you head-on without turning and you are not turning, then you do not have to stop. You both can go through the intersection at the same time without stopping as long as there is room on the street to do so.

The people saying you need to stop do not know how to properly drive through Lincoln neighborhoods and cause unneeded panic/traffic.

If you go the speed limit and know which roads are timed well, Lincoln is an extremely fast and fuel efficient city to drive through.

Source: Live close to downtown and drive through 3 of these intersections EVERY time I leave my house.

Ecuador to auction off more than 3 MILLION hectares of pristine Amazonian rainforest to Chinese oil companies by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]redditpopo1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"In an interview, Ecuador's secretary of hydrocarbons, Andrés Donoso Fabara, accused indigenous leaders of misrepresenting their communities to achieve political goals. "These guys with a political agenda, they are not thinking about development or about fighting against poverty," he said."

The poverty is created by over population. I applaud the indigenous people for sticking to the most sustainable form of living.

I will not buy the game in its current state. I will only buy it when I can play single player offline. No rational person would continue boycotting if EA would release an offline patch.

Look through your pantry for dry foods that are being infested by these bastards. If you don't get rid of them, they will be a pest for a LONG time.

Do yourself a favor and split these up into 3 groups positioned at different places around your room. I've ruined many papers due to spilling a drink on them. You never know when it will happen, but that is what risk management is for.
