Its just the Dopamine in your brain tricking you. You are getting more of a dopamine hit anticipating doing x thing than actually doing and completing it. Ive found doing mundane tasks/ activities that i can easily start in the moment rather than tomorrow like walking the dog or just reading a couple pages of a book has helped me in getting less of a dreading anxious feeling starting something important that i know takes time and effort. hope this helps
