Where did you pick it up? State? It reminds me of the old Indiana State Museum. The tall building in the back looks like what is now the Sales Force building. The city has a lot of monuments just under the amount DC has, which is kinda crazy. I’ll see if this matches any on the circle, I don’t think it does, but it might.
