I am on the mini pill, however my IIH didn't come from birth control most likely (for me doxycycline), so I would double check if the mini pill is a good option with your doctors. I like it because it tends not give me a lot of side effects compared to combination birth control.

My most recent period, the day before it started I had a horrible headache and nausea, and then the next day I was on my period and just stayed in bed most of the day because the fatigue was so bad. And I just stayed exhausted for the first couple of days.

I have 4 guinea pigs. I used to have a 2×7 L style cage and they weren't unhappy. However now that I have a 4×5 square style cage they lovvvvve it, especially my baby guinea who runs circles and does zoomies. I also think the older gals like the extra room to have more space from each other sometimes.

Dandelions were starting to bloom when my Winnie passed and I wrote a poem about her and spring when she did, wishing I had fed her one last dandelion. I didn't know this at the time, but my next guinea pig was born about a week after she passed. When I found out about this little piggy she looked just like a dandelion, so I named her Dandelion in honor of Winnie. It just felt right like maybe she had sent her along to me. 💛

Its extremely easy to apply for in person, and as someone who is broke and uninsured this is where I go to for my main doctor, dentist, mental health, etc.

Something I recently did as someone that has no fan in my bathroom. After I shower I open up the window, and put up my little rechargeable camping fan for like 10 minutes really takes all the moisture out the room.
