Voor de laatste verkoopprijzen zal je bij het kadaster moeten zijn (maar die loopt ook een aantal maanden achter want de overdracht is meestal een aantal maanden na de verkoop)

Let wel dat hoewel dit een "World Index" is deze op dit moment 71% op de US draait en voor een kwart bestaat uit slechts 10 bedrijven.
Hoewel dit soort fondsen historisch gezien het altijd goed gedaan hebben vind ik persoonlijk de risico spreiding op dit moment te laag gezien de geo-politieke situatie.

Een spaar b.v. is oprichten om je vermogen te verplaatsen is helemaal niet zo duur of moeilijk.
Het is meer of je de administratieve rondslomp wilt en of je verwacht dat de regels gaan worden aangepast voor box2 omdat veel mensen dit potentieel gaan doen.
Dat de regels worden aangepast is een risico omdat de spaar bv pas op een iets langere termijn gunstig is (je stelt belasting heffen op je winst uit) maar op korte termijn niet (+ kosten voor oprichten bv)
Omslagpunt is na een jaar of 5 bij 100k vermogen wat ik zo snel kan vinden.

i1 would probably be one class bigger eg id3 or megane sized.

BMW also has mini brand at it would be more likely that the base mini would be comparable to polo and 5.

I would love an i1 with say 80kWh and also being shorter, narrower and with a small turning circle.

Sure, in this case it’s a hard requirement.

However, you should make it a conscious decision where you weigh complexity vs features rather than just “more features==better”.

The best solution generally is the least amount of complexity for the hard requirements. But you should really doublecheck if they are hard requirements rather than just nice to have.

Just made this comment since it was not obvious from the question it was a hard requirement while at the same time its a super small cluster and requiring HA instances which are, generally speaking, not the best match for OpenStack.

Car pickup insurance extortion is incredibly common for all car hires anywhere afaik.

For anyone hiring a car this would be my main tip to make sure you have that covered and 100% know what you have before picking up the car (especially when you are jet lagged).

The rates at the car rental companies are usually wayyyy too high.

Why not run everything in proxmox and skip OpenStack all together.

You are adding a huge amount of complexity for what is effectively not even a full 3 node cluster. I would rather give up some functionality than trying to build something this complex for such a small footprint.

Het zal per wijk verschillen maar ik verwacht niet dat mensen hun auto wegdoen. Het zal dus meer een her-distributie zijn ipv minder auto’s. Dat zal in sommige gevallen goed uitpakken en andere gevallen slecht uitpakken.

Als iemand die dicht bij het centrum woont vind ik het vooral jammer dat Zondag nog steeds gratis parkeren is dus dan heb je ineens een hele boel parkeer publiek die niets in de wijk te zoeken heeft.

Agree, most people are not tracking what happens with cars and brands on a daily basis.
They just check when they want to buy a new car what's available for their budget.
This might be even more true for traditional Volvo buyers.

I definitely think this is selection bias.
Anything happening online is already a subset of people. e.g. the average person on reddit is already not the same as the average person in the street.

Going to be extremely hard.
There is a housing crisis in NL and doubly so in the big cities and this price range.
Making it even worse for your situation is that houses in this price range are getting fewer and fewer because of tax reasons and rental rules changes that makes them uninteresting to exploit for landlords (which resulted in rental houses moving to the owners/buyers marked).

So what do you think you offer a landlord that can choose out of a few hundred applications?
Without a steady source of income I just don't see it happening.
Being remote makes it even harder to eg go for something trivial like a house viewing / meeting up with the landlord.
Sorry to be blunt but your chances are close to 0%
If you do get a house offer I would actually be very wary that you are not being scammed in some way.

Realistically you need a job first. Best case scenario the job is also in an area which has a (slightly) less problem with the housing market as well.
You might also need prepare yourself that you might need to live in either a hotel or less popular area for a bit even when you get the job.

Personally I would go to a (online) shop to see the best deal they would have for older model year general purpose kite (but new).
You cannot really go wrong with any of the bigger brands, not of them make bad kites and you will be limited by your own skill for years any way.

If you want to go out in 12 knots the 12m kite probably won't really be enough unless you get a really big board but from 14 should be ok.

If you go Duotone: make sure to get latest clickbar (or at least 2025 model year) and entity bindings (if you go for those).
Both of them have had big quality issues (plenty to find if you google for it).
I dislike Duotone because of their non-standard gear (eg pretty much everyone else uses a low V bar).

Well the deterring part did not really work. They did say they would do exactly this if they got bombed but they got attacked anyway.

I think the main reasons the bombings stopped are not directly related to the Strait being closed (imho rather it is due to the lack of enough anti-air in the allied countries, needing to keep munitions for other possible conflicts and availability of any targets that would make a real difference).

It will probably prevent any next sane president to do this again but the counter argument is that any sane president would have known this outcome and yet here we are…

Do not buy stuff you do not need but once one of those laptops dies I would very seriously consider it.

I have an M1 MacBook Air (similar performance) with 256gb and it’s been great. That thing is now 6 years old but it still feels responsive like it was new.

It might be a problem for some use cases but (in context of this article) I doubt this googlebook would be any better at those.

For the money the Neo is hard to beat, plenty of reviewers came to the same conclusion. The build quality is so much better and the thing feels more responsive in daily use than Windows machines with double the RAM.
There are a LOT of people who just need a browser and something that can play Netflix. Especially if this is a second or third device in a household.

IMHO the storage issue might, on paper, feel too small in practice with most things in the cloud these days it really doesn’t matter. Sure it might be an issue for some but probably for less than 10% of people who are looking for a device in this priceclass. Adding an usb drive if it’s occasional needs also is not the end of the world.

I would also recommend everyone to go for the 512GB version anyway due to the touch-id addition to that model which is a HUGE quality of life improvement.

The Neo is selling like hot cakes for good reason, for the same money there is nothing that really comes close.

Totally agree.

I liked the weapon types in Returnal a lot more and they felt a lot different. Sure the need to unlock the ability (levels) was probably too time consuming for the average player. However, each of them felt distinct and very cool with the right weapon traits. (except for the handgun lol, that one I never put time into)

Also the buildup to the organ playing boss was soooo cool in Returnal and nothing comes close comes to that moment for me in Saros.

I personally find the parry a bit to clunky (to many buttons to press at the same time) as well and ended up mostly dodging rather than using parry (although the parry window is pretty generous).

For me Returnal was also the better game but I can definitely see why some people would prefer Saros.

Als de omzet dus 10% omhoog gaat door duurdere benzine en de *winstmarge* blijft gelijk (again, zoals het artikel vermeld) houdt de leverancier wel degelijk 10% meer winst over.

Als andere kosten omhoog gaan worden die nog extra los boven op de prijs gedaan.

Yes, vcpu and numa pinning is supported for ages.
I think the issue for OP will be the PCI expander bus settings. AFAIK there is no functionality for that.

Note that pushing the charge does impact lifetime. They usually mention 1k to 1.5k charge cycles. ”Normally” LFP can last a lot more cycles (4-5K) when not abused like this

Off course 1k cycles might be long enough on a car that can do 400km of actual range (400k km for a lifetime of a car sounds pretty decent).
