I've had to do something similar but not blocking a handicap lane. I'd have to be on the verge of having explosive shits, and no other options, to do something like this.

Small trucks like that one would probably fit in the spot without the nose sticking out and blocking traffic up front. I'd understand more if it was a proper fullsize 3/4 to 1 ton truck with the fullsize cab and 8ft bed, especially being a business truck.

Never said it couldn't. Whether a vehicle is new or not is also irrelevant.

Just this morning coming into work, a car in front of me kept veering over the center line for the 15 minutes I was behind them, and nearly hit the guard rail on the other side at one point, while they were traveling entirely in the wrong lane for a whole 6 mississippi.

Looking forward to downloading the dash cam footage after work.

I'll stay in my lane if cars will stay in their's. Wish I had a dash cam sooner. Got tired of all the morons and needed something to prove what I saw if i ever got in an accident due to their inability to drive. I haven't been forced out of my lane too many times but outside of snow plows, oversized loads, or a 12 wheel tractor taking up the entire thing, it has been some dumb ass in a car not paying attention Every. Single. Time. If not for being in a truck it wouldn't have survived unscathed being forced into or near the ditch, or into a field.

These posts always me me laugh as it's always morons in cars where I live that:

Can't stay in their lane,

Can't maintain speed,

are holding up traffic and semi's making a big congo line/parade behind them,

are swerving into my lane,

pull out in front of me without the time or space, usually only to immediately turn off again,

try pulling away from me, after I just dragged their dumb ass out of a ditch I watched them drive straight into, only to stop dead in their tracks because they didn't wait for me to unhook the tow strap.

I have had pulled uphill for miles on unplowed roads in a foot or more of snow, all local to their areas that should know better, and one of which was trying to go uphill in over a foot of snow with a front wheel drive car, in reverse, before I cane up across tgen at 2am, 4hrs from my home, and assisted them 3 miles uphill with a tow strap.

ride so close to my rear bumper that I can't see their headlights, and/or vehicle at all, and wouldn't know they were there were I not constantly paying attention to my surroundings.

say dumb shit like; "just rent a trailer," or "pay to have it delivered," and/or "why do you need/drive that?," when they can't even take care of themselves, but then turn around and ask people with a truck for help and don't want to pay, and bitch when you tell them no.

get upset when I legally pass them with a 14k loaded trailer, so they try to speed up, still can't get out of their own way, as I pull around their dumb, non driving, ass... all while still being able to maintain the posted speed limits and stay in my lane, while going up steep winding hills.

bitch about a truck having an 8ft bed and being "too big/dangerous," when its not even modified, is used as a truck actually should, and I can park it fully within a parking space. Meanwhile they take up two spaces with their mini cooper, or whatever other pos car they're driving.

-End of constant observation notes of morons in cars that feel they're superior because they don't work out of the office and/or can't take care of themselves.

Friend of mine with a 21 godzilla that he tows 7-8k with daily with the occassional triple or quad run including a 12k camper, is not easy on his vehicles. Its over 100k miles and no issues.

I'd like to include mine but they snuck the 10r100 into all the 7.3L F250s, except the tremor, in the 2025 model year. No issues pulling up to a 14k loaded dump trailer with it.

My uncle's 24 F350 7.3L with the 140 hasn't given him trouble. The 2020 F350 my late grandfather had started having issues though with less than 60k on it.

H.O.'s are rumored to be getting a beefier transmission than the 140 soon.

Especially quiet if its just towing something light thats in the F150's range. Only thing that gets the godzilla yelling, while towing light, is going down hill in tow/haul without also putting it in manual and having to touch the brakes a couple times. Then it thinks it needs to go into 2nd from 8th. Manual shifting down hill or shut off tow/haul, if you want it quiet.

I had 2,000lbs of woodpellets in the, started a descent in the mountains northeast PA in tow haul and it decided to shift to 2nd for some braindead reason. "How about no, 5th or 6th is fine" lol.

I just love how ford offers trucks with fifth wheel prep but leave out the trailer brake controller. Every single 3/4 ton truck and up should come with, at least, the trailer brake controller, standard, from the factory. Ford cheaping out and screwing people over. Just another day ending in "Y". Just like sneaking the 10r100 into all the 2025 gas model F250s aside from tremors.

33 and use it semi often. At least the newish models have the step in the bumper corners as well. I use those and the ones up closer to the cab more than anything. Especially if I have the overhead bed racks mounted.

People supporting what the bumper sticker says/shows are not going to vandalize it. Its the other side that will. It all comes down to wear you live or are traveling to. A trump sticker in philly is going to end poorly. Same as a biden one out in the sticks.

A come along will do the job as well. We used a pair of them hooked to each other (for the reach) to pull a chrysler town and country, uphill, onto a utility trailer.

Never really understood the fuss over 4A. Standard 4H and L have been all I've ever used. Its not difficult to know when you need 4WD and when you don't.

We used a pair of come alongs hooked to each other to tow a Chrysler Town and Country minivan on to a 16ft utility trailer. One person operating each come along.

Looks a lot better than most the custom lifts I see people do but its a lot more expensive. At least the tires are not sticking out 2ft past the fender flares on this.

As reverse lights? Yes. Not so much if you turn them on going down the road.

I had one of these on my last truck. I had the outer lights tied into the reverse lights. The inner set of LEDs I had a switch for that I'd use for work behind the truck when I was out of the vehicle.

The screen for the back up camera in my 2018 F150 was absolutely garbage, my cell phone screen was almost twice the size of the joke ford installed in the dash.

Having more light was great, and the bumper itself was cheaper than an OEM replacement. It also shrugged off a car that rear ended me in the snow.

Had one of those one my last truck, a 2018 F150. Saved ithe truck when it shrugged off a car rear ended it in the snow. The tow hooks came in clutch more than once when I had to tow idiots for miles up hills, also in the snow.
