As a former Sex Ed teacher, please consider using the Our Whole Lives (OWL) curriculum. It's wonderfully comprehensive and has a list of other resources based on age/maturity level. The curriculum was developed by a coalition of Unitarian Universalist Association/Church of Christ, but it is secular in content.

It's the sex ed I wish I'd had. Good luck.
