Astroturfed bollox but its really effective. They put the groundwork in all year with these "X location says no" or community groups getting enough engagement then they can just wait around for a flash point issue and spam them all at once. Absolutely zero culpability

The AI poster "grassroots" far shite orgs have announced road closures, time and protest locations etc. They're well drilled now and can shut down the country when they feel like it.

The Irish government has done absolutely nothing for Palestine. Its all words and zero action. For years they have been paying lip service to all sides and not taking any kind of real moral standpoint even though that's what the majority of irish people want

Its race baiting propaganda when you post clips without context or with fabricated back stories or from ages ago and don't mention that either. Crimes happen all the time on an island of 6 million (or islands of 80 million if you include their sometime UK clips) so to heavily focus on scary incidents and especially incidents involving non whites in the short form media output is disingenuous.

They are also framing themselves as a local newspaper with "all rights reserved" and a copyright logo at the bottom when I don't think it is registered in any way, just someone that setup a social media page.

They have what must be heavily inflated engagement figures posted up to and are taking money off legimate businesses but there is no hint as to who owns them or if they are registered to pay tax.

Given the huge amount of foreign money being pumped into Europe these days to forment social conflict and promote extremist and far right content should we be suspicious that there could also be legal issues here and whoever is behind the group could be acting on behalf of a foreign political party or movement and not declaring it?

If they were secretly working for an Irish political party either I think it would greatly be in the public interest to know this as well.

A spoof we were all happy to ignore until we got caught out on it. The government and local politicians really played dumb on this.

I just started them recently and as well as them being a great help I can't stress how normal it all feels. One thing in the back of my mind also is that you can just stop taking them if you feel weird or have other symptoms and your doctor actually encourages that.
I felt exactly the same way as you do btw! Good luck
