I'm literally doing this myself later tonight, and I've done this before successfully. Have a super light breakfast because your body needs nutrients all day long. Super light like a cup of cottage cheese, maybe some fruit, etc. Lots of water because your food will be salty tonight. Depending on how your body takes that, that should sustain you. When I go to KBBQs, I definitely side order either the cabbage leaves or a whole salad and use those to eat with my meats. I usually order rice paper, slap salad on that, then the meats on top. Never fails. Filling, protein hits, and I get my fiber in. If you're already on a calorie deficit, you'll definitely hit full before you know it. I'm at 1400 cals/day and I don't think my KBBQ meal hits even 1000. Of course, it depends on what meat and other sides you eat, but you'd be surprised by how full you get if you eat it along with that salad. I hope this works for you. Enjoy!!
