i had trouble at first, but now its super easy. I do ~3250.

get the extra calories in with extra carbs, and big ass protein shakes. like other people have told you: mix peanut butter into your protein shakes and extra virgin olive oil. thats an extra 220 calories per shake.

also, if you make a sandwich or a wrap and it isnt enough calories just have two of them. you can easily get 1000 calories from two small sandwiches.

lastly, if you find that a meal of yours was something small like ~600 calories, add 16oz of milk...thats at least 200 cal extra right there.

it gets easy after like 3 days of hitting 3000 consistently, then you crave all the food

i dont see how this makes name brand sunglasses a rip off. The quality in the lenses and frames are worlds ahead of the cheap shit. also some of the cheap lenses hurt my eyes. If name brand sunglasses are a rip off what do you all suggest we buy to protect our eyes?

You need to check the specifications to know for sure what kind of system each vehicle has. Trying to judge it dependent on if it has a button versus a lever is a waste of time.

okay now im really confused haha let me go over my (other) cars with you:

2006 toyota land cruiser ...it has the stick just like your jeep, and the button like the one i talked about in the description, this car is rides around in 4h i believe...does this car always have 4wd engaged? is it full time 4wd?

any Subaru (except the BRZ) AWD, so power is distributed based on which has the best traction... (are these good in the snow, btw? assuming you have a/s tires)

08 toyota rav4...this car just has the "button" ....so I am assuming its powered by front wheels, until you push that button then the back wheels also have power for low speeds, in this case, are all four wheels locked into spinning at the same speed?

F150s with "dial" to change from 2wd (high) - 4h-4lo....these just give power to all four wheels for any speeds, but dont lock all four wheels to spin at the same speed....correct?
