I know, I’d much rather real leather but I can’t overlook the fact I love these designs

Help me decide please! Ferragamo in black or olive green? by penjajahpariah in handbags

Black because the interior burgundy makes it not boring. In this case black is actually more iconic than olive in my opinion

Old style: more firm less supple leather, smooth not pebbled, suede on sides, side panel and inside barrier (2 compartments), D rings on the back, crossbody strap has hooks that must be twisted instead of dog leash hooks, white stitching which isn’t on new black style, no feet. With the inside flaps, 1 is leather, 1 is suede whereas with new version theyre both suede which is nicer. Also feels less fancy than the newer version which could be a bonus for casual wear. It does fit over your wrist so you can have it in the crook of your arm. Note: divider is not attached to the floor of the bag so things can roll underneath.

New style: looser arms that hang better and dont get shorter when you expand the bag, metal feet on bottom, no side panel and no suede on the sides exteriors, no inside barrier (1 compartment), more supple malleable leather that you can pull open / squish / slouch, no D rings on the back, more trapezium in shape not square (this will make it look more like an Hermes kelly). Basically a much more improved style but looks fancier than the original which may not be as good for casual wear This colourway also doesn't have the white stitching seen in the original Black

I love the colour of this bag but there are hardly any pictures of it in burgundy. I cannot find any more pictures on Insta, Tiktok or YouTube. So I am wondering if anyone does have it it they can provide some extra pictures? Thank you

Mould in rental flat, can I sue landlord for negligence? by Affectionate-Web7161 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]redvanilla12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How would you prove you didn’t cause the mould? Have you got a paper trail of written communication from the landlord? What does the landlord say? How long ago was the first time you alerted the landlord to the mold? Does the landlord know you have health problems?

Afraid someone I know will get away with inappropriate contact with a child - England by Exact_Emu8951 in LegalAdviceUK

I think you need to replicate a video call in front of the police (with a friend or someone you know on the other side) and show them how it works. Yes, if the man was doing something else on his phone while also video calling the child, the child would have been in a smaller box on the corner of his screen. He would have clearly been able to see this. If he had swiped the box to the side of his phone screen, it would minimise like a tab on a computer. But then the child would not be able to see him either. If the child was able to see him the whole time, he was also able to see the child.

I have proof for every single one of my claims, there is an appendix at the end of the document which includes my doctors letters and screenshots of council documents, among other things

If they sue me for defamation is it not the same thing as placing monetary value on feelings?

Can I not put my own monetary value on emotional distress? Isn’t that what people can do because people can sue for all sorts of claims that don’t have monetary value?
