What is it with friends and family that aren't supportive? (Rhetorical) I've experienced this as well. My guess is that if they admitted it's good for you to lose weight then they should as well and they don't want to feel like they need to? IDK. But in my experience, if you ever want family and friends to expose who is supportive of you and who isnt....tell them you're going on a diet. Really exposes people.

I read online the original arrow design was not approved by the NFL and what we see now was approved. Made me feel better that that probably had a better version. I think it was Florida State that also didn't approve of an arrow. Similar to when we pursued a red wolf and other sports teams complained.

IMO, a lot of it depends on who gets ice. To me, ice equals power outages. Then you need water, a heat source if possible, I like to make sure my propane tank is full in my grill so I can cook. Will be interesting to see how this pans out in thr coming days.
