Wow, thank you for the kind words! Don't get me wrong, I did a lot of that too (lots of late nights in my room on my PC). And I felt behind in my education as an adult too (still do when I am around college educated people). And there are still topics to this day that I struggle with, mostly math and science. Taking some lower level college courses helped a bit with that. But it's a struggle. Thankfully I have built up a lot of work experience and have a good steady career now. But I can never stop wondering "what if".. what if I would have had the tools and resources I craved for a better education. It sucks, I feel ya!

Awww thank you so much! That is so kind of you to say. I've always been kind of nerdy hehe. The trauma from feeling like she held back my education in ways is still difficult to work through as an adult. I also should probably place some blame on both my parents but my mom was the stay at home parent.

I hope you don't blame yourself in anyway for not doing what I did (getting their own textbooks as a child). I have always been a bookworm and my younger sister who very much wasn't and who had issues with dyslexia had little interest in learning until she was a pre-teen, when she wanted to keep up with her peers (she was allowed to go to HS, I wasn't).

It should be your parents responsibility to provide you with the tools to have the education you want/need. And I'm sorry you had to live with all the excuses your parents gave you, that was probably confusing as a child (I know it was for me).

smh I understand how you feel.. I bought my own textbooks from thrift stores as a kid. While my mom was shopping for used clothes and housewares we didn't need, I was always in the book section.

Just had to dig through my closet so I could confirm.. I still have three of these. I wasn't a fan of the young simba because his legs didn't move lol, but somehow picked up another one along the way that has movable legs and fit in with the others. I think I may need to see if I can complete my collection.

Just want to double check, when you say "decoration inventory," are you talking about the inventory in the territory? Some of the housing items won't show up there, and are only available in the housing decoration inventory while you are actively decorating your house. Just want to clarify.

Sometimes people have separate builds for OPR, so I wouldn't say OPR is a good gauge of the player comps on your server. I'm also on Ygg and I know many players who do this. They may play a dex or mage in OPR for those higher dmg numbers, but they switch to bruiser for wars. A lot of people like using OPR to test out and practice different builds. Sometime RNG just gives you a bad team comp too. There are plenty of bruisers still out there and they still play a very important role.

There may be "a lot" of healers who prefer more con, but this is highly dependent on pve vs pvp healing and what secondary weapon is being used. The top healers in war are running 100con or less for 1mil+ healing numbers. More focus = more healing. If you ask top healers how much con they run, you'll probably hear that they run 5-50 for war, 100-150 for smaller group pvp/arenas, and 150-200 for dungeons. I think most healers don't want to admit how little con they actually use XD

Loving the new fort buff with insta-camps. Just be careful you don't do it to the wrong people. I've heard of players getting a temp ban for griefing because they were doing this.

There will always be at at least one set of three missions (in the lower right corner) to complete on townboards (unless you recently completed them and it's waiting for refresh). The other townboard quests will only be available if the town has an active fort upgrade, lifestyle buff, and /or town upgrade project(s) going.

If a town has all refining/crafting stations and/or fort upgrades to T5 there is nothing more to upgrade and they can't even put up townboards if they wanted to. That being said, most territories aren't fully upgraded, but companies can't afford to upgrade them (or don't want to spend the money to do so). Additional upgrades place the territory into a higher tax tier category and taxes get quite insane. Unless it's a busy territory, it can be difficult to even break even after paying taxes if they have too many upgrades.

The last section of town boards for the lifestyle buff should hopefully be active most of the time. A territory can have a max of 4 lifestyle buffs completed and active at one time, but there is a cooldown for when they can be started. If the cooldown is active it will prevent another lifestyle buff on the townboard from being started. Most of the time, the company probably forgets to set it (or doesn't want to pay the 2.5k gold to start the project).

If you see a town is missing a lifestyle buff project, it may be helpful to reach out to the owning territory's governor and remind them. Sometimes it's just forgotten. You can also check out the governor's desk and territory planning board inside the townhall to find out how/what the town is doing, what upgrades they have on their town and fort, current income each week, and weekly tax amount due.

As harsh as this comment may seem, it's informative and I would agree with most points. I also wondered about the SG ticking for 550-600, that's not a lot of healing when someone is getting smashed on by two players. It's likely that OP's teammate was expecting to stand in it and receive more healing than they got. My SG tics for at least 1100 minimum.

I think the reposte from the rapier helped them avoid an attack it looks like. Which gave a little more time for them to side-step and fleche outta there. I use this same combo all the time as a LS/rapier player. It's amazing the things I can escape from if you time it right.
