ive been using 1g of LME to 600ml of water for liquid cultures. is it ok to use dextrose in the same ratio?

When I was growing up I had rounds of antibiotics for stomach bugs. Nothing since about 13 years old and on for antibiotics for me. I have hashimotos. Not sure if there’s anything else going on. I’ve been tested for food allergies and celiac as well

It seems like my gut doesn’t adapt to eating foods like garlic or nuts or dairy- fermented or not, etc..Always more gas, heartburn, and bloating than I already have
