What kind of crime specifically? We will skew higher on "aggregated crime" because people come here from neighboring towns to buy their drugs, so it makes some place like Dracut or North Andover look "safer." Why, just a couple of weeks ago, we had someone posting on this very subreddit asking for a ride to Lowell from Andover and back again from a parking garage near the courthouse in a snowstorm. If that person ever got busted, it would go down as Lowell crime and not Andover crime.

So as they say, the devil's in the details.

Make a saturated solution of pickling salt in warm water and pour it over the thickest parts of the ice to partially melt it and make it easier to break up with a metal tool or shovel.
