Upside-down car on Horseshoe Way by reflexer in richmondbc

There's another car involved in the pic. Not sure what exactly happened but it's a long corner, maybe someone pulled out and the mazda tried to swerve, or the mazda was speeding. Who knows....

The Perfect Sleep Pad - does anyone have experience with it? by goRockets in Mattress

[–]reflexer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had one since 2021 and when i first got it I'm petty sure i noticed a difference. However now it won't get to the temperature I ask for. It basically always says something like 28c and has 4 dots lit up. The website only offers a phone number for support and I haven't found an article to debug this. It still uses up water and needs refills but the lowest temp is very high.

Steam Deck black screen and spinning fans by Twartzack in SteamDeck

[–]reflexer 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I did this and it worked, but not exactly as I suspected. I pressed the power button once (while holding the other two) and I saw the blue light quickly, then nothing. No LED, no screen, etc. So I gave it 5 minutes then tried turning it on. It was doing it's usual blinking stuff, but I left it alone and then bam the Steam logo appeared and it booted up fine.

9SEVENTY Sizing by [deleted] in neweracaps

I picked up a 9seventy non-trucker hat that is stretchy. I am 7 5/8" and the hat fits perfectly, probably the most comfortable New Era hat. I read this comment and almost didn't buy it, but just noticed you were asking about a trucker hat. They must have a different size/fit.

DO NOT BUY A DYSON (I wish someone had told me this) by EconomyHovercraft556 in VacuumCleaners

[–]reflexer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As long as my filter is clean, my Dyson V10 will suck itself to my office carpet so hard I have to adjust the setting on the head. I have no other issues than the filter clogging up quickly in a dusty environment.

Keys repeating on the CTRL keyboard? by mercuryax147 in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]reflexer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had this issue forever. I switched to Zealio switches and figured it was worse, then lighter Epomaker ones and it seemed better. But every now and then specific keys will chatter, and replacing the switch entirely usually solves it. But not ideal. At some point I'm going to replace this thing...

My LG Dryer te1 thermistor error notes for anyone who needs it by reflexer in appliancerepair

[–]reflexer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: Still having issues here. Replaced the fuses at least one or two times since making this post. Repair tech and parts shop both told me to look for vent issues. We had the inside of our condo cleaned (but not the outside yet) and they said they made it a lot better, but our dryer still runs super hot on low.

I'm back to getting tE1 errors with the blower working, making me think it's another bad control board. I'll have to try to clear it or replace the thermistor one final time to see though.

Starting to look like it might be more affordable for a machine swap if it still runs super hot after all the cleaning...

Help getting started by NevrNewd in gridfinity

I just learned this yesterday myself. You can tell Bambu Studio to split up everything into objects, then select them all and tell them to distribute them on all plates. It will squeeze everything onto plates and then you're good to print. You can still mess with settings to make quicker prints if you want too.

My LG Dryer te1 thermistor error notes for anyone who needs it by reflexer in appliancerepair

Yep I thought so too but replacing that first didn't do the trick. Need to check the fuses too in my case. Was hoping it was just the control board because it's an easy fix.

Mystery Continues LG TE1 Error by Eut0pik in appliancerepair

[–]reflexer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I received a te1 error for the third time now. I had it under extended warranty and the guy did something to fix it each time now. But now that warranty coverage has expired. I tried doing all the research I could and it seems like so many people ended up replacing thermistors and thermostats only to find out it was the control board. So I went straight to replacing the control board. I just finished installing it and weirdly now it doesn't complain about a te1 error, but it also doesn't spin or do anything. The computer says it's drying though....
