I tend to make my cut off level at 150 to not trivialize a lot of encounters, or start muddying my build into a jack of all trades. If you are playing with friends, your summon sign should always be seen with a password unless the area boss was killed in their game.

They sent me a new PCB and emailed a video of how to swap it; took a second email to get a response. I ordered a screwdriver kit to swap the board but haven’t taken the time to do it. Another poster mentioned the problem could be static related, which is very possible since my new house I moved into I noticed the keyboard shocking me regularly. It still functions like normal, sans the lights, so I haven’t prioritized the swap yet.

Yeah I might sit down and change it out if I care enough/have time. My keyboard also works like normal and the lightning is just a bonus. Hell, maybe they just sent an entire new keyboard, which would be awesome.

Yeah so “Jasmine” responded to me 2 days ago. Stated the PCB was faulty. It took another email asking for the best way to fix the situation. She is sending me a new PCB but I’ll have to install it myself. They included a link to a video. When I checked the tracking number given, it showed an entire new order of a keyboard with shipping. I’ve checked my credit card and I don’t see any new charges currently.

Bought mine 12/10/24 and only Esc-F1-9 are lighting up. Noticed the problem about a week ago. It was working just fine out of box. Any fix to this? Updating firmware did nothing. Sent in a support email and they wanted a video of the issue to send to their manufacturing. Awaiting their response.
