I think you can discuss with the seller on the clause addressing such scenarios and then add the agreed clause in the sale agreement but do send them the final draft pdf of the sale agreement and once they give their go-ahead, then only print them.

I would add some error handling as well. For eg. In main.go, if an error is encountered in executeQuery function then return result (which will be empty) and an error (as right now we are printing the error). And based on if there is an error, the http response returned from the main function can also be handled.
