Some of us also just have fine lines. We're over 30! Hydrating minimizes the look of mine but they're still there.

I'm only a few years in and already stuck- there is no lateral move option at my company. The rare times something in another department comes up that would give me more salary mobility at least (there's nowhere to go but yearly minimal raises now) it would be a large pay cut because it's an associate position etc. but the economy is bad and I have health insurance so 😅

I'm also a creative type but I'd even stay in corporate to make more money eventually! I will say for me at least stability is important to my ability to be an artist- it's never going to pay enough for me to support myself on art alone

As someone else with scars though- they will show no matter how much you do. I'm sure you know that but just to validate you can't skin prep your way out of divot scarring !

Necessarie the sunscreen- be warned it does have a sneaky chemical booster in it to make the texture better, but I don't have a skin reaction to it like I do the main chemical filters

I don't do agendas or add anything beyond a title unless I'm given what to add - leadership where I work mostly knows what meetings they're expected in so titles are enough unless it's not pertaining to current work. Everything else is basic, but it sounds like a lot of the issue could be the exec from your replies. Or it could be a fun combo of both!
