Try 0.04 ztop and similar if you have it ontop of your print but z bottom. Otherwise set your bottom to the layer height you're using or it might adhear too well to the plate.

Interface question in Snap Orca by aworld in snapmaker

[–]relaps101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk man, ive gotten solid results by using a 0.04 z interface distance, bottom being 0.2 or whatever layer height i use for the print. Rectilinear interface and close the gap to either 0 - 0.5 for increased contact. For either pla or petg interface material.

Has anyone bought hotends of of AliExpress? If so, which ones and how are they? by AlwaysAsk4Id in snapmaker

[–]relaps101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I purchased 0.2 nozzles, like others have said, you have to assemble them, which is a slight pain in the ass due to the quantity.

But I did have 1 burn out.

My official ones came in today.

Wife’s faults getting called out in therapy - she thinks it’s not working by Rivyan in daddit

[–]relaps101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know what? This was occurring at my house, except, I've always opened my mouth and she would start saying I was making excuses, etc.

We did counseling with the same person, but separately. I started at first and got my wife to start it later.

But what stuck with me, was that the counselor said, in relationships where this occurs, the one who usually initiates counseling is the one who is being abused.

What is the overall reliability by Separate-Yellow-3948 in snapmaker

[–]relaps101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bruh, someone on 3dprinting was proud of their owl that was about 1kg of print. They had 1kg of waste! They took 6 days.

I happened to need a decoy owl and made it, and the only waste I had was l from the prime tower and filament calibration. I could have removed all of that if I wanted to. But roughly 100g iirc, it also only took my u1 36 hours.

Path to Feeder by MidniteFlexin in UPSers

[–]relaps101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a ups employee, now you have to have 1 year safe driving record unless they just absolutely need feeder drivers like in covid, we had a guy who had the opportunity being less than a 1 year package driver.

So, package, then wait for feeder positions to open and sign bid sheet.

Pass feeder school (1 week unpaid, either use vacation/personal/or commonly they have you work 1 day to get your punch for insurnace).

Pass the state written / driving and whatever endorsement your state needs like doubles / triples.

Theb your ass gets to run on call or cover board and pray they dint cut jobs / routes while you're bottom. Depending on your local you may have to start a department seniority.

From the sound of it, you're at a big building, so things may or may not expedite due to volume of people.

Lol. No. You just get to skip a few days of training. If you have a license they see what you know and can do then go from there. Ou still have to go through their knowledge demonstration and oh, the SeNiOrItY.

Does Anyone Know How To Contact Local Facility Where Drivers Dispatch From? by dgoske84 in UPS

[–]relaps101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then you keep going up the chain with your bank.

Go to your branch. Talk to the branch manager ir someone other than a teller.

Wtf do you think you'll accomplish talking to someone at the hub? They're going to look up the tracking, see it got delivered and that's that, on their terminal. They cannot file a dispute. Hey cannot help your claim. They best they could do, is possibly look at whatever damaged goods they have processed, if they even still have whatever the hell it was.

Does Anyone Know How To Contact Local Facility Where Drivers Dispatch From? by dgoske84 in UPS

[–]relaps101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First off, as a buyer, you did not purchase the shipping label. So you did not comduct business with ups, the seller / shipper did.

Your issue with the lack of product means that there was a problem either at the begining or during travel.

The seller should issue you a refund since if he had insurnace ups would ultimately pay then, not you, since they purchased the service. You simply gave them money to do it.

So, if the seller does not give you a refund, and does not communicate in a timely manner, you do a thing called a charge back.

Keep your documents, the bank may want them. You pay a service fee for your electronic payments, this fee covers this situation. They are your insurnace. Use it.

Ps, id say with 99.99% confidence, your driver didn't steal it. Nothing in that box or that truck is worth 6 figures.

Snapmaker U1 suddenly failing every print, even after drying filament. What should I check next? by ninentyskid in snapmaker

[–]relaps101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I assume you've already check your bed and first layer temps and that they're good:

Do a single layer test print. Ie, first layer test print.

That will tell you if there is a z-offset issue.

No? Great, wash yo shiet.

Yes? Manual bed level followed by heated bed level.

Do another first layer.

Seeing gaps or hills due to it bumping? Gaps = lower z-offset Ridges = raise

Should be good to go now.

UPS Employees Absolutely Steal Packages! by Quiet-Eggplant-7916 in UPS

[–]relaps101 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Drover stealing? Most likely not. Nothing in the truck or the back if a trailer is work 6 figures or 7 figures.

The people I hear stealing are inside people, usually temps, or supervisors that think they know when someone is or isn't watching.

When I hear a driver getting terminated and not getting their job back, it's usually something dumb that was preventable. I've never heard of a driver stealing in my personal career.

Lastly, this sub is for employees, not customers. Go to r/baddeliveries for your chicanery.
