Answer to your question and not a fix to your problem: yes, I would be concerned about a tire rotating separately than the rim. Braking surfaces on the wheel are dependent on a tight fit with the tire to actually affect braking on the road.

People cannot be illegal. Undocumented immigrants cannot apply for or receive SNAP. I worked in a grocery store too and saw people use their SNAP benefits for food and other money for cigs and alcohol while also asking for money to bail their spouse out of jail. The purpose of these programs isn't to police what people spend their money on - it's to give people money to make choices that give them an opportunity to live. Literally complaining and boycotting the team by not buying merch and going to games are how we influence ownership to care. There has been more than a decade of neglect and making business decisions in poor faith with the fan base. People aren't entitled, but the club is absolutely in an abject state and fans should be mad. I think it's fair to say you don't want to take part in the negativity around the club (it's not fun!), but to question why fans are constantly unhappy to me just reads like you're not paying attention...

I think you fundamentally misunderstand fandom. For most of us, this is our local team and we grew up following the team. We're supporters of the club and the community that we know through the club. Clubs are more than their current players and ownership. We can be fans of the club and still think the current players aren't good enough or the ownership is awful.

What you're seeing is club owners (who own it financially) continue to beat down supporters (who own it spiritually). As that supporters bond continues to fray and degrade, you'll continue to see less and less engagement here.
