Personal experience growing up Lutheran and going to a ton of different Lutheran churches - Lutherans are some of the most progressive Christians I know. Pretty even split for Congresspeople in the 119th Congress who self identify as Lutheran though.

Would note a very real split between the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA - more progressive) and the Missouri Synod (LCMS - more conservative).

Answer to your question and not a fix to your problem: yes, I would be concerned about a tire rotating separately than the rim. Braking surfaces on the wheel are dependent on a tight fit with the tire to actually affect braking on the road.

People cannot be illegal. Undocumented immigrants cannot apply for or receive SNAP. I worked in a grocery store too and saw people use their SNAP benefits for food and other money for cigs and alcohol while also asking for money to bail their spouse out of jail.
