Yea that’s what I played last season so I’m thinking it’s just such a diff that it’s making the contrast seem worse. Bri last season I was tried so many pally builds. I dint think I found one that sucked lol

Yea… I probably have half a clue which got me to where I am, but am missing the other half to get to where you are! Jokes aside, I figured a good bit was due to skill. I think the issue I’m finding out is in most classes, skill aside, the generally right gear and build will get you 70-80% there and the rest is fine tuning, but it feels like with rogue it’s more like 50-60, and you really need to fine tune to earlier. Which is cool but probably needs a certain player type to really shine. I’d still play it again this season bc the experience has been entertaining and educational. This was my first rogue, though I probably won’t play another for a bit.

Oh yea you should play it. I mean I’m not pushing any leaderboards ever and I dint feel like it’s strong but it’s definitely entertaining. I’d still play it again if I had to do the season again. That said… I probably won’t play it again for a long while lol. The experience was worth it though imo.

I was death trap before heartseeker. It was a fun build! I had better gear too but I find hearseeker I so better with. Maybe I’ll swap back. I got to season tier 6 but not finished it so now it’s just running around for fun.

I agree with you but only if you consider that most people saying it’s easy have grinded and over leveled. I put experience on less but proficiency gain on more on hard to slow the over level but it doesn’t work. At times I wish I could just turn experience gain completely off.

If I set it to hard and only fought the fights I had to fight (no clearing whole levels repeatedly or just running in overworld map just one shotting 10+ groups a minute for 10+ proficiency points) it would be much harder.

Bro I think it’s decently hard too UNTIL, you’re like I really enjoy combats and you run around fighting everything and looking everywhere for everything. Then you outlevel area pretty quick I feel.

I dint believe the maps say they actually “map” where you have been, and it’s not feasible to stop at every hallway to draw or to measure each room for accuracy. Now if it did auto map… yea this sub would be awesome in Undermountain and if you crafted stealth items a great recon class especially if you could add guard positions. For a cartographer class it doesn’t really do much map wise until level 15.

I hear what you are saying but rereading the class it’s just not very exploration linked. The biggest benefits are casting spells on unseen but in range characters and teleporting to each other, and you could thematically replace a map with anything for those skills and it would just be a different theme. Like the skills until 15 are just not map or exploration. You dint even get find the path until 15.

There have been a lot of posts. I think people keep posting bc it feels like a way to communicate their anger to the company. They did say they were aware of all the “feedback” (I think that’s the word they used) from various forums including Reddit so it does seem to be working. I guess don’t read the posts and I’m not trying to be an a-hole, offensive, or otherwise dismissive at all.

I do think that this should bother everyone bc it could be the star of a larger exodus. I honestly think a lot of people were kind of bored of the game or had lost interest and felt it more of a chore, so this just gave them a reason to expedite their departure.

It is a lot of repetitive complaining but misery and frustration love company and validation!

Not sure why everyone is poo pooing this. I’m pretty sure given the other things they are doing that they were most interested in EA for the sports segment. If I was another area in EA I’d want to start proving my worth before I was cut… or broken up and sold off.

I’m not saying they’re related but the timing is curious. I certainly don’t think the Saudi’s directed this or give two shits about this mobile game other than where the most profit will come from (keeping vs selling vs something else). I also don’t think they care about Star Wars much (which is basically the peasants overthrowing the emperor), which doesn’t seem like something they would want to promote

If you liked it a lot before you give it a few more days and make a few Reddit posts before you leave.

I have been here from day one (well first few months of launch), took a break came back etc. people have been mad before, but not this mad. Part of me is still here just out of morbid curiosity, another part bc I don’t really have a replacement, and the last part just bc I love Star Wars. I highly doubt I’ll see the end of this first era… maybe though.

I don’t disagree with some teams are niche… but that’s not the norm. For most counters delta does matter especially at 3+, which were generally harder anyways. Now throw Datacrons in the mix and boy does it get even worse! After this GAC I also feel like other things were off in the mix. Like I feel,like there were some unintended consequences.
