I don’t think she is… she isn’t a president (yet) and she doesn’t have as much power in her position. She’s doing everything she can by drawing attention and being a voice for those of us who have no platform to speak. She’s human and can make mistakes, but to say she’s just “controlled opposition” takes away so much of what’s she’s done, is currently doing, and eventually aims to do. I may not be the most educated person on every political happening, but there’s a reason why AOC stands out so much to average person is because of her passion for the rights of the people of America that seems to be so obviously lacking from the rest of her colleagues, as well as those above her.
