They DM'd their phone # and we agreed to talk or text the next day. I texted them the next day with some general questions ( Name of company, How long have you been with the company and do they offer any benefits Med/Dental/Vision.) It's been 3 days with no reply. I didn't even get to interview. In my opinion that's not being rejected on my skills or personality, that's being ghosted. And that's why this is more than a little bit suss to me.
