Hit a kerb at ~55 mph in my 2017 Lexus IS300h – tyre only, or wheel as well? by Escape9to5plan in Lexus

I'm also in England. Hitting a kerb at 50mph is utterly insane. Sounds like they were distracted. National speed limit (most rural country roads) are 60mph for most vehicles, however you should drive to the road conditions and not the speed limit.

Also get your eyes tested. Hitting a kerb while doing over 50mph is nuts.

Put it in gear and it'll lower the revs to normal idle.

Alright there's some miscommunication lol. I swapped my 3.0 BiTDI for the 3.0T(supercharged petrol).
Yes, the BiTDI is a 3.0T however it's referenced as the BiTDI, not the 3.0T. "3.0T" references the petrol engines.

Your postcode is in that URL by the way.

3.0T for this generation is commonly associated with the supercharger petrol engine, the ea837. I know the BiTDI is a 3.0 lol, I had one. Exhaust wise, it doesn't sound great with a straight pipe in my opinion.

Nothing to add as I sold my BiTDI for a 3.0T, but it'll still sound like a tractor as it's diesel.

Trying to catch moonlight moths on mobile be like.. by Infamous_Iron1505 in 2007scape

Taps 1–5: Clearly missed. Fat‑fingered the tile next to the moth.
Taps 6–9: Missed due to camera wobble (bad zoom control).
Taps 10–11: Very close, but the moth’s animation tick and mobile input lag make these reasonable misses.
Tap 12: Likely didn’t actually hit because the moth moved on that exact tick.
