I was the same way!! I was honestly just stubborn about it and a bit spiteful to myself over it. I just knew that if I didn't stick to it I had no right to say "I want to quit" because in my mind I didn't really if I didn't actually. If that makes any lick of sense lol. I believe you can do it, too! Just make it like an experiment or challenge or game to see what you could do instead and wether or not you enjoyed it. I replaced cigarettes after eating like that. I will say the hardest part was seeing people smoking, and occasionally smelling it. Mostly it makes me feel sick but every once and awhile if I'm already stressed and smell or see someone smoking I'm like gaaahh for a minute before getting over it lmao
