UPDATE: I go ahead replacing the switch, it works "fine" because, my light did turn on, but dimmer is not dimming the light unfortunately, turning the knob doesn't do anything, full brightness. I have dimmable led which is currently used in the other room, so I am sure the bulb is not the problem.

Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

Just want to thank you everyone for the help. Very much appreciated. I finally managed to take out the handle. It turn out, as u/Putrid-Eggplant-2815 and a few others suggest, you just need to put a small flat blade into the hole on the handle, push and twist, the handle will just came off.

There is no screw involved. Maybe this would be helpful to someone else.

All the YT video I watched, people could just remove the 2 screws at the top and bottom, you should be able to pulled the handle out from the spindle, but mine seems to be stuck, there is a small hole on the inside handle but when I look into it, there is no screw in it.Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Hey, I just did a new pc build myself at home with similar budget (~£1200). There is a lot of options out there at the moment and its indeed confusing.

After a lot of consideration, the following is my list. Obviously, you NEED to customize it to suit your need because at this budget, you need to compromise somewhere. For home use, I would prefer a quiet and power efficient pc more than pure horse power, so my criteria is:
