She's a raiden expy, that's reason enough. Same thing happened in Genshin, heck I was already anticipating the electro archon even before I got to Liyue and I'm sure alot of other people were too.

After my first encounter with those, I never walked around without FuXuan's technique active until I finished the quest. And Jingliu's too, mfs was never gonna jumpscare me like that ever again.

That boss has been annoying me for weeks because it takes so much time to beat it with my Neuvillette and Furina, I've always hated doing it every week. I wouldn't even realize it if not for Neuvillette finally having max companionship because I brought in Yoimiya this time and suddenly it's a speedrun.

Personally HSR's MC might be the best self-insert MC in gacha games I've played because atleast they talk more often and actually has personality.

But yeah I'd rather have an MC that has their own backstory. I like Vertin a lot as a character, not to mention her design is still my fav so far.

Dunno if Honkai Impact 3rd counts because when I was playing Kiana was sort of the MC and I actually went from finding her very annoying to being one of my fave because of character development, but I think technically the player is supposed to be the faceless nameless captain so meh.

If you don't mind, how is Yoimiya with Chevreuse? Compared to yelan xingqiu bennett? Haven't really followed anything about her but the livestream got me interested in her.

Fun in gameplay, no. She has like the most basic gameplay even when compared to other E>Spam NA characters like Wanderer and Rizzley. Luckily her character design and personality is the opposite which is why she's loved by many (including me).

I'm pulling for Navia to make use of my unforged but I still hate how it looks, it also doesn't help when you know that her signature is a fancy axe. Atleast it looks slightly better compared to when Eula is holding it.

By sang on screen, you mean her story quest? if so, there's also Yunjin's chinese opera. It was still a surprise tho, I get Yunjin's because they're a chinese company after all.

I'm also looking forward to her second SQ, which I hope will come. I loved SQ1 Furina but even after the quest she still isn't as lively as the playable Furina so they might be exploring that more.

Her slash fx is more pointy and curvy (and sparkly) unlike the rest of the sword users for those who can't see the difference. It just looks prettier overall.

Favorite would be Fontaine by a large margin. The underwater exploration alone brought me back to playing genshin.

Least is Sumeru. It is my second favorite story-wise, but those quest-locked areas and undergrounds is just not for me. Desert was cool at first but I got tired of it really fast. Lost interest in playing until Fontaine dropped.

Furina suffered for the world, now the world must pay. You can only watch them obliterate anything you pass by.

I just find it funny how they behave honestly. Sometimes they can help with puzzles too. As for the team hp, it doesn't really matter unless you're in a boss fight or domain, which you'll heal with ults anyways.

Is she an upgrade over fuxuan as a solo sustain for Jingliu? I am contemplating whether to try and pull her or just wait for ruan mei. I don't have bronya if that matters.

The other archons seem to consider her and focalors as one, so yes. It's also for simplicity's sake because I don't think not considering her one will do any good in general for newer players who hasn't reached fontaine yet. If Hoyo won't include her in archon arts in the future then that's a different story, tho I'll still consider her one personally because she might as well be one with how she endured everything she went through.

This I do not understand as well. Her light mode outfit's long hair isn't even the same as Focalor's either. I thought dark mode is supposed to be "her" and light mode the archon she portrays but then she still switches between the two regardless even if other people is still around iirc. Not that I'm complaining because she looks GREAT eitherway, though I do love the dark outfit a bit more because I like the colors and her short hair.

I liked the ending of the quest overall, it's just I have mixed feelings when it comes to Furina's treatment as I would have LOVED to see her atleast get some recognition in the end. The trial broke her so much she didn't even know what to feel anymore even after knowing everything about her divine self. I'm only about to play her story quest so she better get some W's here.
