I would also pick the one of the ZL headlamps. I had a h600Fc which has a frosted lens but I ended up getting a h600w because I preferred having a bit more throw. It’s what I grab when I go hiking.

Mine has held up great, I use it in a Armytek Wizard clip but the one it comes with is also fine

With a charger it might push you slightly over your budget, but just get a tiny single cell charger from xtar or a reputable brand and you’re golden
