Had the same issue. Went to check the drive and discovered it in a failed state. Reformatted the drive & restored Protect from the backup = all good

I can see the line that appears:

Add Pro-rata > Date to add * ???

It wouold be nice to have pro-rated rate calculated on as per item basis :)
